"I need a WhatsApp-based missed-call text-back solution for marketing campaigns. When someone rings my dedicated number and hangs up, the system should instantly harvest the caller’s number, log the event, and send a preset WhatsApp message.

Beyond the auto-reply itself, two functions are essential:

• Customer data collection – every call and outgoing message must be stored with date, time, delivery status, and campaign tag, and be downloadable as CSV.
• Message scheduling – I want to preload multiple templates, set start/end times, or delay a reply by minutes or hours to suit different promotions.

A small web dashboard is fine; it just needs real-time logs, basic search, and an export button. Use any stable WhatsApp Business API (Twilio, Gupshup, Vonage, etc.) and build in the language you’re most comfortable with—Node.js, Python, PHP, or Go all work for me—so long as the code is well commented and easy to redeploy.

Acceptance Criteria
• Live demo number that triggers the WhatsApp reply on a missed call
• Dashboard displaying call/message logs and CSV export
• Proof that scheduled messages fire at set times
• Setup guide with API credentials placeholders
