Trademark — review CIPO App. No. 2,420,197 (RIFT FORGED), advise on classes/goods, prosecution strategy, watch & opposition plan; coordinate with U.S. counsel on §44(d) priority.
Chain of title — founder-to-company IP assignment + moral rights waivers (Canada), plus template contractor/employee invention assignment + NDA.
Licensing — short-form outbound game/software license (non-exclusive) and inbound content/music license template.
NDA set — mutual NDA, one-way NDA (disclosing party = us), and contractor NDA.
Brand enforcement kit — polite C&D template, platform notice templates (Steam/Discord/Kickstarter), trademark use guidelines (™/® placement).
Online terms (lightweight) — EULA for the game, Website Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy compliant with PIPEDA + Quebec Law 25 (and note gaps for GDPR, if any).
