We’re hiring a Head of QA & Test Automation to establish and lead our QA function from the ground up — including strategy, tools, team building, and execution. A key focus of this role is leveraging AI to accelerate test automation.

What You’ll Do
Automation Built to Scale

Build modern, scalable automation frameworks for web and mobile apps (Laravel, MERN, Flutter)

Integrate automated tests into GitHub Actions for fast, reliable CI/CD

Use AI tools and techniques to speed up test creation and reduce manual effort

Quality by Design

Define QA processes aligned with European compliance and security standards

Lead performance, load, and security testing (e.g., JMeter, OWASP ZAP, Lighthouse)

Ensure all releases meet GDPR, ISO 27001, and secure SDLC practices

Leadership Without Limits

Build and lead the QA team — defining roles, tools, and workflows

Mentor QA engineers and promote an automation-first culture

Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to integrate QA throughout delivery

Who You Are

5+ years in QA, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role

Hands-on with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium across web and mobile

Skilled in GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and cloud-based testing

Experienced with PHPUnit, PestPHP, Jest, and Testing Library

Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate test development

Strong background in performance/security testing (JMeter, ZAP, Lighthouse)

Familiar with Jira and European QA/compliance standards

Compensation & Benefits
