"I want a freelancer to set up a fully automated system in Make com where:

ChatGPT (AI) generates digital product listing content (title, description, tags, price, etc.) in low-competition niches.

Google Sheets acts as the control panel + logbook for all listings.

Canva creates cover images automatically using a template.

Etsy listings are created with the generated content, images, and digital file(s).

Automation runs daily, publishing up to 20 listings per day, and seeds new product ideas every 3 days.

The result: I only need to provide prompts/niche themes (or let AI generate them automatically), and the system will build and publish complete Etsy listings without manual work.

Core Features to Deliver
1. Daily Publisher

Runs once per day (time configurable).

Pulls up to 20 unprocessed rows from Google Sheets.

For each row:

Uses OpenAI to normalize/expand content into Etsy-ready format.

Generates a cover image in Canva from template (Canva_Text_1 + Canva_Text_2).

Uploads the image + digital file to Etsy.

Creates a Digital Download listing (title, description, price, tags, etc.).

Updates the row in Google Sheets: Processed=YES, Etsy Listing ID + URL, timestamp.

2. Idea Seeder

Runs every 3 days.

Calls OpenAI to generate 20 JSON product ideas in low-competition niches.

Inserts these as new rows into Google Sheets (Processed='').

3. Batch Processing

Configurable BATCH_SIZE (default 10, min 5, max 20).

Scenario should space Etsy API calls by 1–2 seconds to avoid rate limits.

If fewer rows are available, only process what exists.

4. Automatic Taxonomy Mapping

If Taxonomy_ID is blank, the system auto-fills it from keywords in Title/Tags using a TaxonomyMap sheet (e.g. “social media template” → ID 4532).

Default taxonomy used if no match.

5. Dynamic Pricing Rules

Prices are adjusted automatically based on rules stored in a Config sheet:

BASE_PRICE (default 9.99)

BUNDLE_ADDON (if title/tags contain “bundle”, add $5)

PREMIUM_ADDON (if description length > 600 chars, add $3)

NICHE_MULTIPLIER (e.g. if tags include “marketing”, ×1.1)

Clamp between MIN_PRICE and MAX_PRICE.

6. UTM Tracking + Optional Short Links

After Etsy listing is created, append UTM params to the URL (from Config sheet):
