"I need a skilled Flutter developer with Laravel API's to enhance our Desktop and Mobile Apps.

Key requirements include:
- DigiLocker API integration on Flutter Desktop App for downloading and printing documents (PDF, Word, Images) post-authentication.
- In both Flutter Mobile and Desktop Apps, implement a feature to raise complaints/help/feedback via Kiosk dashboard using Laravel API integration.
- Fix a printing bug in Flutter Desktop App, currently causing incorrect color output when printing in black & white.
- Implement an alert mechanism for failures: power failure, paper jam, ink out of stock, low ink, or paper out of stock.
- Resolve some internal minor bugs.

Ideal Skills:
