"I need a tool like Botpress to manage 12 different schedules. This is for an internal tool that our booking team uses to find boat room availability for our guests.

We have a boat schedule in Indonesia and the availability is managed by 12 independent teams on 12 independent google sheets documents. That means each of the 12 schedules looks totally different in style, organization, and color coating. We want to build a tool that let's us find availability more quickly on all 12 sheets, using AI. Possibly botpress.

Current System Example - Customer wants to go on a cruise on Aug 27. Currently, we must look at all 12 Google Sheets calendars to check for updates to see what is full and what is not. This is done manually by our team.

New System Example - Customer wants to go on a cruise on Aug 27. We use this tool internally and it can suggest boats and rooms based on what is available without the need to check each document one by one.

Basic Overview

You will take our master Google Sheet which contains all 12 boats with 5-8 availabilities for each, and make a tool that can find all and suggest the correct link when asked about the date.

1. Automatically stay updated based off the 12 live google sheets documents (even if each are different in style).
2. Each google sheet must be able to be uniquely scanned for available and not available rooms on each boat.
3. We must be able to search for dates and date ranges of availability on all ships, and be given optional links for those rooms (based off our master google sheets document)
4. We must be able to update this in the future if one of the boat teams updates their document to work differently.

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with Botpress or similar tools
- Strong background in scheduling software

The hardest part of this project is making the parameters for each of the 12 boats to positively identify and isolate the information on their document that is important. Also, making sure it can be updated with these documents as they become updated in real time." (client-provided description)
