Project description:
"I need a complete CRM built as private server web application plus native-feel Android and iOS apps that all share one central database and API layer. At its core the system must let me capture leads, convert them into customer requests, assign or reassign them to my Sales Representatives, and track every item we supply right through to stock depletion.

User roles are straightforward: Admin (full control), Sales Representative (pipeline, tasks, inventory visibility), and Customer (self-service status, order history, payments). Please wire the permission matrix tightly so each role sees only the screens and data it should.

Key integrations
• Payment gateway: in-app and web checkout with automated receipt generation.
• MIS reporting: daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards covering leads, sales, and live stock levels, downloadable as PDF or Excel so my CA can pull numbers quickly.
While GST filing isn’t in scope for phase one, I want the data structured so a later plug-in—or a direct export—can feed my CA’s GST software without re-keying.

Essential features
- Responsive web UI that mirrors the mobile experience.
- Real-time notifications (email and push) when a lead is assigned, a payment clears, or stock falls below threshold.

Tech preferences are open, but a modern stack such as React / Flutter with Node, Laravel, or Django on the back end and a relational database (PostgreSQL or MySQL) will make maintenance easy. Clean API documentation is a must; I should be able to onboard new devs or vendors without reverse-engineering code.
