"Objective:
Rebuild the current Spark Ignite website on WordPress to exactly replicate the existing design, layout, and functionality, while improving performance, preserving SEO, and integrating with Go High Level for funnels and marketing automation. The website must remain fully under my ownership and be easy for me to edit without developer assistance.

Scope of Work

1. Replication of Current Website
• Recreate all current pages, designs, content, and layouts exactly as they appear on the existing Spark Ignite website.
• Preserve all current features such as forms, booking systems, payment integrations, and interactive elements.
• Maintain or improve site navigation, page flow, and user experience.

2. Platform & Access
• Build the website in WordPress using Elementor Pro (licensed under my account) for easy editing.
• Set up under accounts owned by me from the start — including hosting, domain, WordPress admin, theme, and plugin licences.
• Provide full admin-level access to all platforms used.

3. Integration with Go High Level
• Integrate the WordPress site with Go High Level (GHL) for forms, funnels, landing pages, and automation.
• Ensure GHL integration does not interfere with the main website’s SEO performance.
• Keep WordPress as the main SEO hub, with GHL handling dedicated campaigns/landing pages.

4. SEO Preservation & Improvement
• Preserve all current URLs, meta titles, meta descriptions, and H1–H3 heading structure to maintain search rankings.
• Implement 301 redirects for any URLs that must change.
• Optimise images, page speed, and mobile performance.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and pass Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test.
• Achieve Google PageSpeed Insights score of 85+ on both desktop and mobile.
• Submit updated XML sitemap to Google Search Console post-launch.
• Implement schema markup (local business, reviews, events, etc.).
• Improve internal linking and content structure where possible.

5. Technical Requirements
• Fully mobile-responsive and cross-browser compatible.
• SEO-friendly page structure.
• GDPR-compliant, including cookies and data forms.
• Secure setup (SSL, security plugins, backups).
• Fast loading speeds with caching and optimisation.
• Integrate Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, ensuring proper event and conversion tracking.
