"I’m expanding a remote-first software development model and need help finding genuine U.S. citizens or permanent residents who are happy to act as the client-facing engineer while my offshore team handles all coding. Your task is simple: introduce me to real people, obtain their explicit consent for this arrangement, and make sure they can be verified.

Here’s how our collaboration works:
• You source the individual—LinkedIn, niche tech forums, job boards, or your own network are all fine as long as the person is real.
• The candidate agrees that we may use their professional profile to apply for U.S. remote software-engineering roles.
• Once hired, my senior developers deliver all technical output; the U.S. partner attends meetings, interviews, and presents our work.

I pay $100 for every verified collaborator you bring who signs off on these terms. If they already have a strong tech résumé or LinkedIn profile, I’ll add a discretionary bonus.

Deliverables (per candidate)
1. Full name, direct contact details, and proof of U.S. citizenship or residency.
2. Written confirmation that they understand and accept the proposed working model.
