I need an AI model or IT program (“Program”) for translation from Chinese to English. This Program must meet the following requirements:

1. It must be based on advanced AI models such as ChatGPT, with a high level of accuracy in language translation.

2. It must be able to accept customized terminology data (e.g., specific Chinese terms must be translated into specific English terms), with flexibility to process different types of data sources (such as translation matches in spreadsheets or glossaries in Word documents). It must understand and apply instructions on how to read and apply the data in future translation task.

3. It must be able to understand improvement instructions. For example, it must follow guidance on how to translate certain typical but unclear Chinese expressions (which are unclear or even confusing from the perspective of the English language).

4. It must ensure stability and consistency in translation. Specifically: 1) The same sentence or phrase (particularly those longer than five words) must always be translated into the same English result; 2) The provided terminology translations must always be followed (while allowing for flexibility where instructed); 3) All additional instructions (such as those mentioned in point must also be applied.

5. The freelancer must understand Chinese.
