Project description:
"I maintain a steady flow of MVP-level projects that need to grow into polished, production-ready websites and web applications. All codebases are React on the front-end, powered by NodeJS APIs and NextJS for server-side rendering and routing. The work is ongoing and varied: one week it might be refining a marketing site, the next expanding a multi-page web app.
Every build must feel modern and vibrant. Think bold colour accents, generous whitespace, smooth micro-interactions—nothing overly corporate or minimal. On the functional side, user authentication and secure payment integration are core to almost every release, so experience with JWT/OAuth flows and services such as Stripe or PayPal is essential. While real-time notifications aren’t on the immediate roadmap, the architecture you lay down should stay flexible enough to add them later.
My typical process is straightforward:
• I hand you Figma screens or rough wireframes plus a Git repo containing the current MVP.
• You break larger features into small pull requests, writing clean, documented code and clear commit messages.
• We review together on a short call or async Loom clips, iterate, then merge to staging and ship.
Expect to touch the full stack—tuning React components for performance, hardening Node endpoints, tweaking NextJS API routes, and polishing responsive CSS. Tests (unit or integration) are appreciated where it makes sense, and deploying to Vercel or a comparable platform is the final step for each milestone.
If you thrive on turning early concepts into production-grade experiences, can communicate progress proactively, and keep design energy high, this long-term collaboration should fit you perfectly." (client-provided description)
