"I need to create a power page that facilitates document uploads and synchronizes with SharePoint. The page should support uploading PDFs, Word documents, and potentially images. Both the internal team and clients will need access to these documents. Users should be able to view, edit, and delete the uploaded documents.

We are a new real estate brokerage hiring agents to represent buyers and sellers. Clients fill out forms. The goal is for agents to log into a site, have a checklist and upload the required documents. Some automation will be needed. After submitting, I will need notifications via planner and email. Need a clean working site. Nothing fancy just clean and simple for now
