"I need a clean, reliable Android application that lets each driver capture a full daily log, even when the phone is offline, and then syncs automatically to a companion web portal the moment connectivity is restored. The core data points are work hours and breaks, earnings, cash collections, fuel, tolls, plus any other expenses a driver needs to record. Once the data lands in the portal, built-in formulas must instantly calculate net earnings and overtime, flag missing breaks, and roll everything into weekly and monthly summaries.

Role-based access matters: Drivers see only their own logs, Managers and Supervisors can review and approve, and Admin has full configuration control. Although Android is the first target, I’m open to a tech stack that would let me add iOS or a full Progressive Web App later, so please keep the API layer and UI framework (Kotlin + Jetpack, Flutter, React, Node, Firebase, or comparable) modular.

Deliverables
• Android APK and source code
• Responsive web portal with the above roles enabled
• REST or GraphQL API that powers both ends, fully documented
• Deployment guide and brief user manual

Acceptance criteria
– Offline logging with queued sync confirmed by test cases
– All calculations (net pay, overtime, fuel cost totals, etc.) match the formulas I provide
– Role permissions enforced and security tested
– Data export to CSV/PDF working from the portal
