"Description:**
We are looking for an experienced Laravel developer to build a **standalone add-on** for an existing Laravel-based AI platform. This add-on must integrate without modifying core files and use a **separate database** to keep the system modular and upgrade-safe.

**Scope of Work:**

1. **Contract Generation & Compliance Add-On**

* Lawyer-side interface with clause tagging, compliance classification, contract comparison, and risk reports (Kira-style UI).
* Client-side Q\&A-based dynamic contract generation wizard.
* Uses the **existing Magic AI contract generation engine**, no rebuild required.
* Batch AI calls (5+5 = 10 clauses per request) to optimize token usage.
* GPT-3.5 default model; GPT-4 for premium/legal expert flow with credit check.
* Templates stored and served via **AWS S3 bucket** (reuse existing S3 integration from the platform).
* PDF export using the platform’s existing PDF logic.
* Must be built as a **standalone Laravel add-on** with a **separate DB schema**, integrated into the platform via Blade routes or iframe.

2. **Microsoft Graph API Extension**

* Extend the existing Azure Add-On to include full Microsoft Graph API support.
* Fetch Outlook email attachments (`/me/messages/{id}/attachments`).
* Open .docx/.txt/.html files inside a Laravel-friendly TinyMCE editor.
* Save edited files directly to OneDrive (`/me/drive/root:/filename:/content`).
* Optional backup of edited files to **AWS S3 bucket** using the existing S3 configuration.
* Send Outlook emails with attachments using `/me/sendMail`.
* Reuse existing Azure authentication/session tokens for seamless integration.

**Technical Requirements:**

* Laravel 10+ (PSR-4 compliant).
* Fully modular and independent add-on with its own database.
* AWS S3 integration for storage and caching (reuse current Magic AI S3 setup).
* Role-based access (Admin / Lawyer / Reviewer / Client).
* Must integrate with existing Laravel Auth (`Auth::user()`) and team collaboration features.
* Fully documented source code with installation/uninstallation instructions.
