Currently we are onboarding new farmhouse listings and this website should serve as a place where people can find their required farmhouse.
So, we are looking for consultants on how to improve this website and do the needful changes.

Requirements:
1.) Admin page to manage (edit and approve) farmhouse listings.
2.) One should be able to post a farmhouse listing.
3.) Should be able to find and search for a property - may be maps.


4.) Below changes among others.
Brand Name Consistency:

Change all instances of “Quarter Mile Farm” to “QUARTERMILE FARM” (no space) across every page, section, navigation, and document.

5.) Visual & UX Improvements
Header Photo & Scrolling Bar:

Update the main homepage header image with a high-quality, authentic photo from one of your actual farmhouses (not stock).

Refresh or fix the scrolling banner for smoother transitions and clearer messaging.

6.) Site Speed Optimization:

Optimizing/resizing images for web

Minimizing unnecessary plugins

Enabling caching and compression (e.g., via WP Super Cache or similar)

7.) Infographics/Icon Size on Home Pages:

Enlarge infographics and icons (especially in “Why Choose Us”) for better visibility and impact.

Ensure all icons are consistent in style and easy to understand.


8.) Name Correction – Small Farmhouse:
