Automated Library Site & Seat Map need Web Development

Location: Ranchi, India
Budget: Recommended by industry experts
Time to start: As soon as possible
Project description:
"I need a web application that ties directly into our existing attendance device (it is not a standard biometric, RFID, or manual unit, so you will have to work with the SDK or raw data feed I provide). The core of the build is a real-time seat map: whenever a student registers on the device, the system should quietly allot a seat for the duration of that time slot. Only staff will see this map, so a simple, password-protected employee portal is enough.
From the same attendance data, the site must calculate how many hours each student spends in the library and automatically send an SMS summary every week and every month. I will supply sender credentials; you just need to hook into a reliable SMS API.
For the public-facing side I want clean, lightweight visuals—a photo gallery of the various sections and some static images with short descriptions. No virtual tours or heavy graphics, just responsive pages that look good on phones as well as desktops.
Key deliverables:
• Integration with my attendance device feed
• Secure employee-only seat-map dashboard with auto-allocation logic
• Automated SMS module (weekly & monthly digests)
• Public site with gallery and descriptive images, mobile-friendly
• Source code and brief deployment guide
Build it in the stack you’re most comfortable with—Django, Laravel, Node, or another mainstream framework—as long as it’s maintainable and you document any third-party libraries you use." (client-provided description)
