The pages are straightforward—Home, About Us, and Contact Us—but I want them coded cleanly, with reusable components and well-commented PHP, HTML, and CSS. Mobile responsiveness and fast load times matter to me, so please keep performance in mind while you structure the templates and any shared header, footer, or style sheets.

Your task covers:
• Translating my wireframe into responsive page layouts
• Implementing the PHP views and any simple routing logic needed for the three pages
• Hooking up basic meta tags and SEO-friendly URLs
• Delivering all source files (PHP, CSS, assets) ready for deployment on a standard LAMP stack
