"Building an MVP of a instant delivery service. The work spans three apps—Customer, Driver and Admin—released on both iOS and Android from a single codebase (Flutter is my first choice, but I am open to React Native if you are more comfortable there).

Core flow
• Customers create orders, pay with cash or UPI and follow their courier in real time. The live-tracking map must refresh location continuously, show an accurate ETA and adjust the route on the fly when traffic changes.
• Drivers receive jobs, accept or reject, follow the optimised route and mark each step complete.
• Admins oversee orders, drivers, pricing and basic analytics from a lightweight web or mobile console.

Tech expectations
Frontend: Flutter or React Native with clean, well-documented code.
Backend: Firebase for auth and real-time data, plus a MySQL layer for structured records that need relational integrity.
Auth flows: email-and-password and phone-number-with-OTP, wired into Firebase Authentication.
Maps & tracking: Google Maps SDK, Firebase Realtime Database (or Firestore with streams) for low-latency updates.

Deliverables (all source code in Git)
1. Customer app APK/IPA + source
2. Driver app APK/IPA + source
3. Admin app (mobile or web) + source
4. Firebase & MySQL schema, Cloud Functions (if used)
5. Basic test cases and a short hand-over document

Timeline is 6–8 weeks from kickoff, including one week for user acceptance testing and fixes. Acceptance is complete when I can place and fulfil an order end-to-end inside Mumbai with live location, ETA and route optimisation behaving as described." (client-provided description)
