"The HTTPS webhook that should carry motion-detection events from my Hikvision camera to my website has stopped working, which means no push notifications are reaching our mobile users. I need the end-to-end flow restored and hardened.

What has to happen
• Configure the camera (ISAPI) so every motion event is delivered over HTTPS to my server endpoint, including authentication and the correct XML/JSON payload.
• Update the server-side script to parse that payload and immediately relay it to both Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service.
• Confirm that a motion event captured in front of the camera produces a push notification on the current iOS and Android apps within a few seconds.
• Provide concise notes on any firmware settings, firewall rules, certificates, or API keys added or changed so I can reproduce the setup if the camera is reset.

Acceptance check
Trigger motion once the job is complete; I will accept when my test devices on iOS and Android each receive the alert and the camera log shows a 200 OK from the webhook.
