We are seeking an experienced mobile developer or a small development team to build a comprehensive EV charging application. This app is designed to be a complete solution for EV drivers, providing a seamless and intuitive experience for finding, managing, and paying for charging sessions.
The project requires development for both iOS and Android platforms.
Project Overview:
The app's core purpose is to simplify the EV charging process. It will serve two main user groups:
1. EV Drivers: Who will use the app to find and interact with charging stations.
2. Charge Point Operators (CPOs): Who will use a web-based admin panel to manage their network.
Key Features & Functionality:
• Real-Time Map & Discovery: An intelligent map that displays charging stations in real-time. Users should be able to filter by connector type, power level, and availability.
• User Authentication: Secure user signup and login using mobile number with OTP verification and Google account integration.
• In-App Charging Management: Users can start, stop, and monitor charging sessions directly from the app. This includes live stats on energy consumed (kWh), cost, and time elapsed.
• Secure Payments: Integration with secure payment gateways to facilitate easy and transparent transactions using an in-app wallet, UPI, or credit/debit cards.
• Vehicle Profile: A feature for users to add their vehicle details (make, model, connector type) to get personalized recommendations.
• User Support: An in-app support system including a searchable FAQ, a support ticket submission form, and live chat.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Proven experience in native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development, or cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native.
• Experience with API integration, Ola maps (e.g., RESTful APIs).
• Knowledge of the e-mobility industry or similar IoT/smart hardware platforms is a plus.
