Key Terms & Timeline:

· Total Fixed Fee: $16 USD.
· Strict Deadline: The project must be completed and the site must be live within 4 days of the project award date.
· Delay Penalty: A penalty of 5% of the total fee ($0.80 USD) will be applied for each day of delay beyond the deadline.
· Modifications: This fee includes all minor modifications and edits necessary to adapt the chosen template to the content and structure outlined below.

Scope of Work (SOW):

1. Template Selection Process:

· The freelancer will propose 2-3 suitable, free, and modern WordPress templates that align with our business type.
· The client will review the proposals and select the final template to be used for the project.
· The freelancer will then install the selected template, WordPress, and necessary free plugins (e.g., Elementor Free, a form plugin).

2. Development & Configuration:

· Configure the chosen template and page builder to create the following page structure and main navigation menu:
· Home
· Who We Are (Dropdown Menu)
· About Us
· Mission & Vision
· Core Values
· Services & Solutions
· Our Work
· Our Network (Dropdown Menu)
· Worldwide Locations
· Our Partners
· Our Clients
· Shop (Basic WooCommerce setup for simple products)

· Contact Us (With a contact form)

3. Content Population:

· The client will provide all text content and logos.
· The freelancer will populate the website pages with this content.
· The freelancer will source appropriate, free placeholder images (e.g., from Unsplash) if needed to complete the layout, pending client approval.

4. Essential Technical Requirements:

· The website must be fully responsive and mobile-optimized.
· Install and configure a free SEO plugin (e.g., Rank Math) to generate an XML sitemap.
. SEO should be done by the freelancer and should include keywords, tags, google console, google search, etc.
· Set up the website footer with links to the following pages (content will be provided by the client):

5. Publishing:

· The freelancer will make the finalized website live on the client's hosting server (credentials will be provided).
