"I’m launching a web application that lets families create lasting, QR-code-linked tribute pages for loved ones. The core flow is straightforward: visitors scan a code on a headstone or keepsake, land on a dedicated page, and experience a rich biography, photo gallery, and video timeline—all entered by the account holder.

Authentication will start with classic email-and-password sign-up and log-in. I’d like to keep the architecture flexible enough to layer in social or phone logins later, but phase-one can be strictly email based.

Inside the dashboard the logged-in customer can
• build, edit, or archive multiple tribute pages
• write long-form biographies (simple WYSIWYG)
• drag-and-drop photos and upload HD videos
• generate and download a unique QR code that deep-links to each page

Guests arriving on a tribute page must be able to
• leave public comments that appear immediately or after moderation
• send private or public dedication messages, optionally attaching an image
• like or reply to other comments so conversations feel alive

Key technical notes I have in mind
– Modern stack (React, Vue, or similar front end with Node, Django, or comparable back end)
– REST or GraphQL API for future mobile app consumption
– Cloud storage for large media files, optimized thumbnails, and streaming-friendly video delivery
– Solid user-rights model: page owner, guest, moderator, admin
– Clean, responsive UI that works at a graveside on a phone just as well as on a desktop

Deliverables
1. Production-ready web app deployed to my hosting of choice, fully documented
2. Source code repository with clear commit history and installation steps
3. Basic admin panel for content moderation, user management, and analytics
4. Post-launch support window (bug fixes) and hand-off session

Acceptance criteria: each feature above functions reliably across modern browsers; QR codes resolve in under two seconds; media uploads up to 500 MB are processed without errors; and page load performance scores 90+ on Lighthouse mobile.
