Project description:
"I need an end-to-end mobile app that lets each of my warehouse customers unlock the door to the specific room they rent and view its dedicated security camera. The same build must run smoothly on both iOS and Android, so a single code-base approach such as Flutter or React Native is ideal, though I’m open to your suggestion.

Core user flow
• The admin (me) assigns a room to a new customer in the back-office panel.
• The system emails that customer a one-time setup link containing their login credentials.
• Inside the app the customer signs in with a Password or PIN, then sees only the “Open Door” control and live video feed for their room.
• All other rooms, doors and cameras remain invisible to them.

Essential requirements
• Secure password/PIN authentication; no biometric or 2FA for now, but the architecture should allow adding those later.
• Door control must trigger the existing smart-lock hardware via its SDK or an HTTPS endpoint—whichever you are most comfortable integrating.
• Camera tiles should display low-latency RTSP or HLS streams, switching to HD on demand.
• An admin console (web or in-app) to create, edit and disable customer accounts, reset passwords, and reassign rooms.

Acceptance criteria
1. A signed iOS IPA and Android APK/AAB ready for TestFlight and Play Console upload.
2. Source code, build instructions and brief developer-level documentation.
3. Demonstration that a test customer can be created from the admin panel, receive email credentials, log in, unlock a test door and watch its camera.
4. All communication between app, lock and video services encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
