"Build a web-based booking and patient portal for my diagnostic laboratory. The system will be accessed from desktop and mobile browsers only, so every screen must be responsive, lightweight, and WCAG-friendly.

Core workflow
Patients choose a date and time slot, pick a branch or preferred phlebotomist, and can request home sample collection. Once the order is confirmed they pay online, receive automated notifications, and later download their PDF report from the portal. Authentication will be classic email-and-password with the usual reset flow; no OTP is required.

Main modules to deliver
• Booking engine with real-time slot management, branch/technician allocation, and optional home visit toggle
• Patient dashboard: order history, report downloads (PDF), saved addresses, GST-compliant invoices
• Admin panel: test catalogue, tiered pricing, coupon and discount rules, booking oversight, report upload, basic audit logs
• Payment layer: integration hooks for Razorpay, PayU, and Stripe so I can enable any of them in production. Support UPI, cards, and net-banking flows
• Notification service: email, SMS, and WhatsApp templates for booking confirmation, payment receipt, and “report ready” alerts
• Brochure pages (About, Services, Packages, Contact, Careers, Privacy, Terms, Refund) editable from the CMS section
• SEO & performance: meta tags, Open Graph, medical schema markup, XML sitemap, [login to view URL], image compression, Core Web Vitals in the green zone
• Security: HTTPS everywhere, basic anti-spam, privacy-first data handling
• Analytics: Google Analytics and Tag Manager events for bookings, payments, and report downloads
• Optional hooks: Hindi/English language switch, LIS/LIMS or WhatsApp Cloud API integration

Acceptance criteria
1. Lighthouse performance ≥ 90 on mobile and desktop for public pages
2. GST invoice matches Indian tax format and passes a sample audit
3. Failed payment and partial refund flows tested on at least two gateways
4. Reports uploadable as PDF ≤ 10 MB and downloadable by the relevant patient only
5. Booking confirmation reaches email, SMS, and WhatsApp within 30 seconds in staging

Source code (cleanly commented), database schema, and deployment scripts are part of the hand-off. Continuous deployment to my VPS (Ubuntu 22.04, Nginx) is preferred but a clear README is fine." (client-provided description)
