I am looking for a freelancer to help me develop my Final Year BCA Project – Talent Tracker, a web-based Job Portal System. This platform will serve as a bridge between job seekers, employers, and consultants, making the recruitment process easier, faster, and more efficient.

The system will allow:

Job Seekers to register, create professional resumes, apply for jobs, and receive instant job alerts.

Employers to register, post job openings, browse resumes, and schedule interviews.

Consultants to act as intermediaries, posting jobs, managing interviews, and tracking candidate placements.
