List of changes:

1. Remove the text “- Enfold Theme by Kriesi” from footer. Other text should remain.
2. Fix mobile view space problem on homepage slider (Fullwidth Easy Slider) – there is not enough space before the text and after the buttons.
3. Remove date and author from search results page. Remove extra space where text was. You can see search icon in mobile view.
4. In Enfold Theme Options (Enfold > Advanced Styling) duplicate H2 style and create a second version that has all UPPERCASE text. Keep original H2 with Title Case text (this is used on some pages. GOAL: H2 headings on homepage should be ALL CAPS." (client-provided description)
