Objective
[login to view URL] requires a complete performance optimization to meet Google PageSpeed Insights standards across desktop and mobile.

Minimum Success Criteria (Baseline)
Desktop Score: ≥ 80
Mobile Score: ≥ 60
(Measured by Google PageSpeed Insights on the production environment)

No Regression Rule: Existing PageSpeed Insights scores must not decrease.
If current scores are already higher than the baseline, they must be maintained or improved.
If current scores are below the baseline, they must be raised to meet the minimum criteria above.

Ideal Success Criteria (Stretch Goal)
Desktop Score: ≥ 90
Mobile Score: ≥ 80

Deliverables
Optimized Codebase – Submitted via Git repository.
Public Testing URL – A deployed environment where improvements can be independently verified using Google PageSpeed Insights.
Documentation – A brief summary of changes made (e.g., lazy loading, caching, image optimization, database queries, SSR/CSR adjustments).

Acceptance Conditions
Performance improvements must be validated using Google PageSpeed Insights (desktop and mobile).
Git submission + public testing URL are mandatory for acceptance.
