Meet the Leaders Building Zambia’s Future
Build One Zambia’s leadership is ready to deliver on our 2026 manifesto. By December
31, 2025, we’ll appoint a dedicated team to drive our vision:
President: Leads campaigns to rally Zambians around our six priorities,
developing policies to address economic stagnation, unemployment, and
inequality. They’ll champion job creation, industrial growth, and infrastructure
development, opposing the current President.
Vice President: Supports the President, focusing on affordability and human
development, overseeing healthcare reforms like National Health Insurance and
housing projects, challenging the current Vice President.
General Secretary: Manages BOZ operations, critiquing government failures in
local governance and infrastructure, and streamlining plans for airports, rail
tracks, and cement plants.
Vice General Secretary: Assists in coordinating logistics, including voluntary
labor and land allocation for farming, to boost community-driven economic
transformation.
Treasurer: Oversees party finances, critiques government fiscal policies, and
develops strategies for equipment-based credit repayment to prevent corruption.
Vice Treasurer: Supports budget management for agricultural and industrial
initiatives, ensuring funds for farming equipment distribution.
Chairperson: Leads the National Executive Committee, unifying BOZ to defend
democracy and promote social cohesion through cultural and sports initiatives.

Our Candidates: Ready to Serve Zambia
Build One Zambia’s government-in-waiting is preparing to deliver on our manifesto’s
vision. By December 31, 2025, we’ll appoint candidates and officials to lead Zambia
post-2026 elections:
President: Leading campaigns to deliver 2.5 million jobs, industrial
diversification, and infrastructure, overseeing 25 ministries, including Agriculture,
Health, and Transport, to execute the Zambia Development Plan.
Vice President: Coordinating efforts to lower living costs and invest in people,
focusing on healthcare (National Health Insurance) and housing across districts.
General Secretary: Streamlining operations for infrastructure projects like
airports, rail tracks, and cement plants, ensuring alignment with manifesto goals.
Vice General Secretary: Supporting logistics for community labor and land
allocation for farming groups to utilize Zambia’s 42 million hectares of arable
land.
Treasurer: Managing finances with transparency, critiquing current debt policies,
and ensuring equipment-based credit repayment within five years.
Vice Treasurer: Allocating budgets for agricultural and industrial initiatives,
supporting farming equipment distribution.
Chairperson: Unifying the party to fight corruption and promote social cohesion
through arts, culture, and sports.
Vice Chairperson: Planning district-level energy projects to eliminate load

Permanent Secretaries-in-Waiting: Nominated by December 20, 2025, to
enhance efficiency in ministries like Energy (load shedding solutions), Education
(skills programs), and Water Development (clean water).
Ambassadors-in-Waiting: Appointed for 40 diplomatic missions by December
31, 2025, to strengthen trade under AfCFTA and secure global support for
climate and poverty initiatives. Missions include Angola (Luanda), South Africa
(Pretoria), China (Beijing), United States (Washington, D.C.), and UN (New York).
Parastatal Board Directors-in-Waiting: Appointed by December 31, 2025, for
key parastatals like ZESCO, ZANACO, ZAMTEL, and ZRA, to improve energy,
