I must be able to edit all content (text, images, headings, etc.) in WordPress later myself.

You should structure the text I provide into clear and professional headings.

Add suitable icons and a couple of house images to make the design look appealing.

When a user fills out the form and clicks "Send," two emails should be triggered:

One email to my address containing the form submission.

One confirmation email to the customer (e.g., "Thank you for your submission, you will hear from us shortly").

After 48 hours, the system should automatically send a follow-up email to the customer. I will provide the text for this email.

I must also be able to stop or cancel the follow-up email for specific customers within the 48-hour window.

You will likely need to use a plugin or similar solution to implement this. Please explain how you plan to handle it before starting.
