"I need a complete taxi-booking solution that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. Alongside the rider and (if you recommend it) driver applications, I also require a secure web-based admin panel where I can oversee trips, drivers, and key operational metrics in real time.

You’ll own the whole build: UX/UI, mobile development, back-end APIs, database setup, and deployment to App Store, Play Store, and my preferred hosting environment for the admin dashboard. Please structure the code so it’s easy for another developer to maintain, and include clear documentation and short video walk-throughs covering:

• App setup and configuration
• Admin panel features and everyday workflows
• How to publish future updates to each store

Deliverables: production-ready iOS and Android apps, source code for all components, a live admin panel, and basic post-launch support to squash any critical bugs that surface in the first month.
