"Project: Creative Merchandise Design for Propaganda Solutions & MX²

About Us:
Propaganda Solutions (PS) is a fast-growing digital agency with a focus on creativity, performance, and AI-driven marketing. MX² is our in-house AI-powered marketing platform. We’re building strong brands with distinct, modern aesthetics — and now want to expand into merchandise to represent our culture, values, and identity.

What We Need:
We’re looking for a highly creative fashion/graphic designer with proven experience in merchandise and apparel design. This isn’t about sticking logos on t-shirts — we want to create pieces people actually want to wear and use.

Deliverables:
• Merchandise concepts and designs for both Propaganda Solutions (PS) and MX² brands.
• Items could include:
• T-shirts
• Hoodies
• Caps
• Tote bags
• Mugs, stickers, notebooks (accessories)
• Style should be modern, bold, fashion-led (think streetwear crossover, not corporate giveaways).
• Provide design files ready for production (print and embroidery).
• At least 3 creative directions to choose from, with refinements based on feedback.

Requirements:
• Strong portfolio in fashion or merchandise design.
• Ability to translate brand identities into stylish, wearable merchandise.
• Creative thinker who can push beyond “basic logo placement”.
• Understanding of printing/production requirements.

Bonus:
• Experience working with tech, digital, or lifestyle brands.
• Knowledge of sustainable or premium materials/production techniques.
