"Module 1 – Salesforce Check & Initial Contact (Starter Project)
Objective
Cloud Flow – Automated detection of inactive SFDC contacts and proactive outreach – with manual approval and Salesforce logging.
Functional Requirements
Excel ↔ Salesforce Check
Verify whether a contact (from an Excel list) has had any events in Salesforce within the last 14 days.
AI-Powered Initial Contact and followup Email
Generate a personalized email using e.g. AI Builder.
Followup Mail after 2 days if no answer
MS Teams Adaptive Card: Preview of the email with buttons “Approve” / “Edit”.
If edited: Adjust text and resubmit for approval.
Sending & Logging
After approval: Send email via Outlook.
Automatic logging in Salesforce (on Contact level + optionally select Opp/Prospect via MS Teams Adaptive Card).
Status Management
Store status in Dataverse (or SharePoint): e.g., “Initial Contact Sent”, timestamp, Ref-ID.
Correlation
Subject line includes [Ref:{GUID}] for unique assignment.
Access Rights Note
