"I need a clean, responsive website that lets commercial property owners showcase their spaces and be contacted directly by interested tenants, brokers, or buyers. At its heart the platform must allow each owner to publish a listing that displays full property details, high-quality photos, direct contact information, plus asking price or rental terms so visitors can decide quickly whether to reach out.

Core workflow:
1. Owners create an account, add or edit listings, and manage inquiries from their dashboard.
2. Visitors browse or search available commercial properties, view each listing’s details page, and connect with the owner through a simple contact form or visible phone/email according to the privacy setting chosen by the owner.

I am open on the tech stack, but please build on something stable and easy to maintain—Laravel, Django, or a modern JavaScript framework paired with a relational database is ideal. The finished site should be mobile-first, load fast, and include basic SEO tagging so listings can be indexed by Google.

Deliverables:
• Fully functional web app deployed on my hosting account
• Admin panel for user, listing, and content management
• Owner dashboard with add/edit/delete listing capability
• Listings displaying property details, photos, owner contact, and price or rental options
• Search and filter (location, size, price, availability)
• Secure inquiry or messaging mechanism
• Source code in a public or private repo and a short setup/readme to reproduce the build

Acceptance criteria: everything above works smoothly on the latest desktop and mobile browsers, pages pass Google Lighthouse performance score of 80+, and I can add my first property without touching code.

This is for parking spaces from owners rentees to book parking spots, recieve reciepts from bookings and owners shows and tracks how many spaces avaliable each parking spot is charged 13 percent and retained by me, including stripe credit card platform fees
