"I have a production-ready Flutter e-commerce app and need to add one focused feature: as soon as a customer confirms an order, the app must locate the closest available delivery person and alert them instantly.

Technical direction
• Location data will come from real-time GPS tracking supplied by each courier’s device.
• I am standardising on Google Maps APIs for distance and nearest-neighbour calculations.
• The delivery person should receive a push notification (Firebase Cloud Messaging is already configured, but you may use any equivalent service that plugs into Flutter seamlessly).

What I must receive to mark this task complete
1. Clean, well-commented Dart code (widget, bloc/provider, or controller class) that:
– pulls the latest courier coordinates from my existing Firestore collection,
– calculates the nearest courier to the order’s latitude/longitude with Google Maps Distance Matrix or a Haversine fallback,
– writes the assignment back to Firestore.
2. Push notification trigger that targets only the selected courier and includes order ID and customer address.
3. A brief README outlining API keys, required permissions (foreground/background location, notification), and any config additions in [login to view URL] & Info.plist.
4. Demo video or live test session proving the flow end-to-end.
