"I need to get a fully-featured delivery and chat platform online fast, so I’m only interested in a codebase that is already complete and running on Firebase for Android, iOS, and the web. The app must ship with real-time messaging, live order tracking, and push notifications in place, plus hooks for payment gateways, third-party APIs, and social-media sign-in.

I will take care of part of the refactor and theming myself; your role is to hand over the source, guide me through the initial build, and remain available for any tight-scope tweaks that surface while we integrate. Clean project structure, clear documentation, and hassle-free setup on Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions, FCM) are non-negotiable.

• Complete source code for mobile and web clients, and Firebase back-end
• Step-by-step installation and environment setup guide
