Project Title: leads pool platform upgrade

1. Project Overview
The leads pool platform is already deployed to Vercel via GitHub with Airtable as the active database. This project focuses on expanding the platform into a holistic property rental and service marketplace. The deliverable is a single, comprehensive upgrade covering backend, frontend, database schema, integrations, analytics, and user workflows to ensure the platform is production-ready and scalable.

2. Objectives
Expand leads pool platform into a comprehensive marketplace platform connecting property seekers with landlords, agents, and service providers.


Optimize and standardize the Airtable database schema to align with business requirements.


Enhance backend & frontend features to support subscription and credit-based monetization.


Automate lead generation, verification, distribution, and tracking.


Add lead distribution limit so that each lead can only be sold up to 7 times.


Improve user onboarding flows for tenants, landlords, and agents.


Provide advanced analytics and reporting dashboards for better business insights.


Deliver an admin dashboard for adjusting variables, monitoring system activity, and managing backend workflows.

Platform Core:


Expand user roles and permissions (landlords, tenants, agents, service providers).


Lead management system (capture, verification, distribution, access history, distribution limit of 7 sales per lead).


Company profiles and property management modules.


Multi-channel inquiry handling (web, app, WhatsApp/email integrations).


Database & Schema:


Ensure Airtable schema includes all required fields and relationships.


Provide automated scripts for data reset and test data population.


Monetization:


Subscription model (monthly/annual).


Credit-based system for premium leads with lead resale restriction.


Integrations:


Payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay).


Airtable sync with backend workflows.


CRM/communication tool integrations.


Analytics & Reporting:


Event tracking, lead conversion analysis, and performance dashboards.


Admin Dashboard:


Interface for adjusting lead sale limits, subscription variables, and credit settings.


Monitoring tools for lead flow, payment status, and system health.

5. Roles & Responsibilities
Client: Provide Airtable base access, payment gateway credentials, and business rules for subscriptions/credits.

Both: Review deliverables, validate Airtable schema, and confirm acceptance criteria.
