"My Shopify store is live, but it needs a full-scale polish. Professional design comes first for me; I want the site to feel trustworthy and cohesive the moment a visitor lands. Alongside this, I’m keen to streamline navigation so shoppers can reach any product in just a couple of clicks, and I’d like general speed and mobile tweaks made while you’re under the hood.

Because I don’t have reference designs in mind, I’ll rely on you to propose modern, conversion-focused themes or custom layouts that suit my niche. Once we agree on a direction, here’s what I’d like delivered:

• Design & UX
– Present 2–3 theme or layout recommendations with rationale
– Implement the chosen look, fine-tuning colours, typography, and imagery for a polished finish
– Rework menus and collections for simplified navigation

• Store setup & content
– Create or clean up product and collection pages, adding high-quality photos, concise descriptions, and on-page SEO (keywords, meta tags, alt text, structured data)
– Configure Australia Post and Sendle so rates pull through accurately at checkout
– Test and verify Shopify Payments plus any alternative gateways we decide on

• Performance & visibility
– Optimise speed (compress images, theme code tidy-up, app audit)
– Set up Google Search Console, submit sitemap, and ensure basic schema is validated
– Launch initial Facebook Ads and Google Shopping campaigns, with clear reporting dashboards so I can track ROAS

Acceptance criteria: desktop and mobile pages load in under 3 s on GTmetrix, navigation follows the 3-click rule, all checkout steps work end-to-end (including shipping rates), and ad accounts are fully handed over with documented audiences and budgets.
