"We’re kicking off development of a MVP (Minimum Viable Product). The goal is simple and focused: deliver a working self-care app for SIM/eSIM management + wallet integration in 3 weeks.
This MVP will prove our core product:
Onboarding & KYC → users sign up and verify identity
Wallet basics → see balances, top up
eSIM management → browse, activate, recharge
Dashboard → single overview screen
Infrastructure → AWS, CI/CD, monitoring
Everything else (FX, Crypto, Messaging, Card Issuing, Admin) is Post-MVP. These are already in the backlog so scope is transparent, but they’re not in play now.
What you need to know
3 cycles (1 week each) → Foundations, eSIM Core, Dashboard & Launch
Issues are already created in Linear → tagged with MVP / Post-MVP, P0 / P1, and role labels (FE, BE, DevOps)
Definition of Done → code merged, tested, deployed to staging, documented in Linear
Daily standups + end-of-week demo → transparency is key
