"The task is to take my early-stage startup concept and turn it into a polished, App Store-ready iOS application. Right now the focus is iPhone/iPad only; Android can follow later, but the immediate deliverable is a native iOS build.

I already have a rough feature outline and a few wireframes. From there, the work will cover the full product cycle—refining requirements with me, shaping a clean SwiftUI (or UIKit, if you prefer) interface, building reliable Swift code, and wiring everything to a secure, scalable backend. I’m open to Firebase, AWS or another cloud stack as long as it supports analytics, user authentication and future growth.

Discrete deliverables
1. High-fidelity UI/UX design files
2. Production-ready Swift/SwiftUI source code
3. Backend setup with documented APIs
4. TestFlight build for iterative testing
5. Final App Store submission package (screenshots, metadata, build)
