"Project Overview

We’re developing a web-based interactive safety training experience using Three.js. The project will be accessible both in the browser and on the Meta Quest 3 (via WebXR). The experience will include multiple branching storylines, mini-games, and integration of Gaussian splatting environments using SparkJS. We’ll also implement SSO login for secure access.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop interactive 3D scenes and experiences with [login to view URL]
* Implement custom shaders (GLSL) for visual effects and interactivity
* Ensure seamless integration with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for a responsive and user-friendly interface
* Optimize performance for both desktop browsers and Quest 3 (WebXR)
* Collaborate on features and contribute ideas to enhance user engagement
* (Nice-to-have) Work with React for UI and component management

Requirements
