Summary
We’re building [login to view URL], a scheduling and compliance training platform designed for the hospitality industry. The tool integrates directly with [login to view URL] and allows employers to schedule staff shifts, assign compliance training at the same time, notify employees of both shifts and training requirements, and track completion while giving employers access to certificates.

We currently have one developer working on the project, but after testing we identified numerous bugs and incomplete features. We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer, skilled in both front end and back end development, to collaborate with our current programmer and help bring the platform to a stable, production-ready release.

Responsibilities include working alongside our current developer to debug, improve, and finalize features, ensuring scheduling, notifications, and training integrations (via API) function seamlessly, improving system reliability, usability, and performance, and collaborating with me as project director to set priorities and deliverables.

Requirements include proven experience as a full-stack developer with strong skills in Laravel for the backend and React for the frontend. You should also have solid experience working with APIs and third-party integrations, familiarity with scheduling, workforce management, or SaaS platforms, strong problem-solving and debugging skills, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with another developer.

Project details: The current status is a prototype live at [login to view URL], but with many issues that need to be addressed. The goal is to get the app fully functional and reliable for launch. Engagement can be hourly or milestone-based and we are flexible. Timeline is for an immediate start.
