"I’m building an online tool that lets students create a fully-custom timetable from scratch and keep every key academic commitment in one place. All data will be entered manually through a clean, intuitive form—no uploads or third-party integrations—so the focus is purely on usability and fast edits.

Core functions I need implemented:
• Class schedule builder – students specify subjects, day, start/end time and the generator lays it out automatically.
• Assignment tracker – due dates, status toggles and lightweight notes, all visible inside the same calendar view.
• Exam reminders – once a date is set, the system should surface countdown alerts and highlight the slot on the timetable.

A responsive web interface (React, Vue or vanilla JS—your call) that produces a printable / downloadable timetable would be perfect. Clear, well-commented code and a short README explaining setup and further extension points will complete the job." (client-provided description)
