"Hello, I am looking for a expert who can work with matrix server and sygnal. I only accept bites who have projects from matrix and sygnal. Detail task: develop a Flutter app that connects with our existing Matrix/Synapse and Sygnal setup. The app will allow login with a Matrix account and will receive push notifications for both messages and calls. Notifications will work in all states (foreground, background, and terminated) on both Android and iOS.
