"Long-Term Developer to join a team for Building & Maintaining mobile apps

We're a small team building mobile apps and want to partner with a Flutter developer who can stay on board well beyond the first release. The project targets both iOS and Android from a single codebase, so experience taking a Flutter app from prototype through store submission on both platforms is critical.

Some of the requirements:
• User authentication (email/password and social sign-ins)
• Real-time and background data synchronization with our REST API
• In-app notifications that work reliably on iOS and Android
• State management and cloud sync for fitness app statuses

• Ability to submit your own testflight (need equipment in the apple eco system)
• English language (spoken & written) needs to be advanced level as this job requires a lot of teamwork
• MUST BE AVAILABLE IN THE US (NEW YORK) TIME ZONE FOR FULL TIME WORK

Once those pieces are solid, we’ll continue refining the UX, adding minor features, and releasing regular updates—so clean, maintainable Dart code and a habit of writing unit/widget tests will set you up for success here.

We already have wireframes, an established design system in Figma, and a documented API. I’ll provide access to the repo on GitHub, along with CI/CD pipelines in place for TestFlight and internal Android testing. You’ll collaborate with me via Slack and track tasks in Jira; daily availability for quick async check-ins is ideal.
