For the healthcare use case, LIA will assist nurses and clinicians in creating structured patient notes using both SOAP and ISBAR formats. In the sales domain, LIA will help account managers and sales representatives with CRM logging, meeting summaries, and next-step suggestions.

Key Requirements:
- Speech Input: Receive and convert speech input to text using Google Speech-to-Text.
- AI Processing: Send text to OpenAI (GPT-4o Realtime or newer) for processing.
- Text-to-Speech: Convert AI responses back to synthetic voice and play it.
