"Scope of Work — Dynamic Space-Time Optimization System
Phase 1 — MVP (Pilot Deployment)

Goal: Prove the concept with one coffee shop and a small parking lot (10–20 spaces). Deliver a working prototype where a user orders coffee, is assigned a spot, receives a QR pass, and picks up their drink fresh.

Deliverables

User Web App (PWA)

Responsive mobile-first design.

Features:

User login/registration (basic).

Menu browsing and order placement.

Real-time ETA calculation (Google Maps API).

Assigned parking spot shown on screen.

Digital QR pass generation for entry (valid only during reservation).
