"The project team needs to be good at graphic design and web site layout development.

The goal is to launch a sleek, modern-minimalist site that helps my law office attract new clients the moment they land on the homepage. Visual clutter has to be kept to an absolute minimum; clean lines, ample white space, and thoughtful typography should guide visitors quickly to the information they need and to a clear “Book a Consultation” call-to-action.

At minimum, the build must cover these core sections:
• Home
• The Firm
• Guardianship Applications
• Disputes
• Passing of Accounts
• Compensation
• Blog
• FAQs
• Resources
- Location pages (several cities)

In addition to those, I expect room for several more pages as we expand our content strategy. Responsive behaviour across desktop, tablet and mobile is non-negotiable, and page speed should remain fast even as we add articles or case studies. Please incorporate basic on-page SEO fundamentals (semantic headings, meta tags, and schema for a professional services site) so we have a solid foundation for future campaigns.

A simple CMS back-end—WordPress, or a similarly intuitive platform—is preferred so my team can update text, publish blog posts, and manage testimonials without touching code. If you have a different stack you believe would serve the same ease-of-use goal, outline your rationale.

Completion will be accepted once the site:
1. Matches the modern/minimalist visual brief.
2. Includes all pages listed above, fully populated with placeholder copy that we can swap out.
3. Shows no layout breaks on major browsers and devices.
4. Scores at least 90 on Google PageSpeed Insights for mobile.
5. Is delivered with a short hand-over guide covering content editing, backups and basic SEO tweaks.
