"I need a clean, responsive website that lets visitors quickly understand what each of our vocational programs covers. The focus is purely on course information, so every page should present an easy-to-scan overview of the syllabus without drilling down into week-by-week detail.

A lightweight CMS such as WordPress (or another open-source equivalent) will let our staff update courses in-house, so build with that in mind and keep the back-end intuitive. While the initial release is only about course overviews, structure the site so we can bolt on instructor profiles, detailed syllabi, or online enrollment later.

Deliverables
• Fully functional, mobile-first website deployed on our host
• Editable course overview pages within the CMS
• Source files, admin credentials, and a short hand-over guide

Acceptance criteria
