"I will not accept any help that is not local to the Seattle, Wa area. An in-person conference will be the first task that I will want from my developer. Now I will re-list the project proposal.

I am looking for a (local to Seattle, Wa) developer to create a simple Adobe add-on for Android devices. This add-on should allow me to use my cell phone camera to scan barcodes and automatically insert the resulting data number into the search engine of a PDF file. It must then automatically do the equivalent of hitting an enter button so that the search results are produce. This needs to work invisibly behind the scenes so that I will remain within the PDF search engine at all times and see the search results as I scan each barcode.
