Project Goal: To develop a secure, intuitive, and efficient mobile application for our team of mobile phlebotomists. The app will serve as the central hub for managing daily assignments, optimizing routes, and ensuring accurate specimen collection. The primary objective is to streamline our dispatching workflow, improve operational efficiency, and provide phlebotomists with the tools they need to perform their duties effectively and with the highest degree of accuracy and professionalism.
